This is a business-to-business wholesale transaction. By placing this order you confirm you are purchasing for resale or commercial use, not as an individual consumer.
Samples — evaluate before bulk
Before committing to a large bulk order, we strongly recommend purchasing a single retail unit to evaluate the product's quality, scent, and suitability for your use. By placing this wholesale order, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to sample and evaluate the product and are satisfied with it — which is part of why all wholesale sales are final.
All sales final
All wholesale and bulk sales are final. Once your order is submitted and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or adjusted. No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds will be issued on any wholesale order. Please review the product, quantity, and total carefully before paying.
Inspection & claims
You must inspect your shipment and report any shortage, transit damage, or discrepancy within 3 business days of delivery, with photos, to [email protected]. Eligible claims are resolved solely by replacement of the affected goods at our discretion — not by refund.
Products sold as-is
Natural products (cold-pressed oils, soaps, and sage) vary in color, scent, and appearance between batches. Goods are sold as-is for the stated use. We make no resale-price guarantee and no guarantee of downstream resale.
Minimum order, lead time & shipping
Orders must meet our published minimum (1 case / 100 pcs). Standard lead time is 3–5 business days from cleared payment. Goods ship from the USA. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier (FOB shipping point).
Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. Prices are confirmed at the moment of order placement and are in U.S. dollars.
Disputes & chargebacks
If you have any concern with your order, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it. Initiating a credit-card chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension of your wholesale account. By accepting, you confirm that the goods, quantity, and total shown above are correct and that you are an authorized cardholder.
