Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

Eligible Items

  • Unopened items in original packaging
  • Items received damaged or defective (photos required)
  • Items that are significantly different from description

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened oils or soaps (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items purchased on final sale or with a special discount code
  • Items returned after 30 days

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective or we made an error).
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged in Transit? If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and product and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
