Choosing between our two carrier oils
Both are stocked in Norcross, Georgia and ship domestically with a batch COA. They are used for different things: laurel berry oil (Laurus nobilis fruit oil) is the saponifying oil behind Aleppo-style soap, while cold-pressed black seed oil is a food-grade oil used in formulation and finished goods.
Formulating rather than browsing? Look up SAP values for 40 oils, run a recipe through the lye calculator, or start at the soap maker hub.
Background reading: what laurel berry oil is and how it is extracted · ratios for Aleppo-style soap · cold-pressed vs expeller-pressed black seed oil
Need larger quantities?
We supply soap makers, formulators, spas, and retailers. Lot COA on request.
