Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

- Unopened, sealed products in original packaging
- Items that arrived damaged or defective (contact us within 48 hours)
- Wrong item received

- Opened or used products (soaps, oils, smudge sticks)
- Items returned after 14 days
How to Request a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
