3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. We do not store your payment details — all card information is handled directly by Stripe's PCI-compliant platform.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from our Georgia, USA warehouse.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days
• Shipping is currently available within the continental United States
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of wholesale products:

• Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Photo documentation of damage is required for all claims
• Approved returns will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
• Custom or private-label orders are non-refundable
