At Sekiya Sourcing, we want every order to arrive safely and correctly. Because our products include oils, soaps, and personal-care related goods, we do not accept general returns for opened, used, or customer-remorse orders.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Eligible Return or Refund Cases
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item is defective.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The order was incomplete or had a fulfillment error.
How to Report an Issue
Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report an issue. Please include:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box
- A short description of the issue
Resolution Options
After reviewing the claim, Sekiya Sourcing may offer one of the following:
- Replacement
- Refund
- Store credit
- Partial refund, when appropriate
What We Do Not Accept
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned due to change of mind
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Items reported after the 7-day claim period
Return Shipping
If the issue was caused by our fulfillment error, damaged shipment, defective item, or incorrect item, we will provide return instructions. In some cases, a physical return may not be required if clear photos are provided.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
