Products & Quality

Do your carrier oils come with a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

Yes. Every batch is third-party tested and a COA is available upon request for all products. Wholesale customers receive COAs automatically with each order.

Are your oils cold-pressed?

Our carrier oils are cold-pressed (first press) unless otherwise noted on the product page. Cold pressing preserves the natural fatty acid profile, vitamins, and phytonutrients without heat degradation or solvent use.

Where do your oils come from?

We source directly from trusted producers in their countries of origin — Black Seed Oil from Egypt and Ethiopia, Laurel Berry Oil from Syria, Sweet Almond Oil from Spain and California, and so on. Every product page lists origin and extraction method.

Are your products certified organic?

Some products are USDA organic certified — this is noted on the individual product page. Others are non-certified but grown without pesticides; we're transparent about this distinction.

What is the shelf life of your oils?

Shelf life varies by oil — typically 12–24 months unopened, stored in a cool dark place. Shelf life is listed on each product page. Keep bottles tightly sealed after opening and refrigerate if you purchase in bulk.

Do you carry safety data sheets (SDS)?

Yes, SDS documents are available for all products upon request. Wholesale customers receive them automatically. Contact us or submit a wholesale inquiry to request documentation.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $8.95 regardless of weight or number of items.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time for retail orders. For international wholesale inquiries, please use our wholesale inquiry form.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes may be possible if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the correct address.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused items in original packaging. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please take photos of the damaged package and product and email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.

Can I return an opened bottle?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. If you're unsatisfied with a product's quality (unusual smell, color, or consistency), contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. We supply soap makers, cosmetic formulators, spas, wellness brands, and retailers. Submit a wholesale inquiry and we'll respond within 1 business day with pricing tiers, MOQs, and documentation availability.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale?

MOQs vary by product and packaging size. Fill out our wholesale inquiry form with your specific needs and we'll provide tailored pricing.

Do you offer private label services?

Yes, private label is available for qualifying wholesale customers. This includes custom labeling and packaging. Inquire via the wholesale form for details and minimums.

Can I get samples before placing a wholesale order?

Sample requests are reviewed case by case. Mention your sample request in the wholesale inquiry form and we'll get back to you.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, all processed securely through Stripe.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never store your card details on our servers — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1–2 hours of placement, before processing begins. Email [email protected] immediately with your order number.

I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, contact us at [email protected] with the email address you used to place the order and we'll resend it.
